The Fiano del Sannio “Genius Loci” is a fresh, pleasant and floral white wine from Campania, vinified and aged in steel vats. It has delicate and clean perfumes of wild flowers and white fruits. On the palate it is agile, dynamic, fresh and easy drinking. Perfect to be paired to fine appetizers and fish dishes.

Vineyards: In a calcareous clayey soil in the Guardiesi hills at 400-450 metres above sea level
Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks
Aging: 6 months in steel vats

Serving temp: 8°-10°C

Perfect for young and medium bodied white wines which don’t require excessive oxygenation to open. The opening, slightly tighter than the body of the glass, favors the concentration of aromas towards the nose, enhancing the perception of aromas and limiting the dispersion.
