Ambrae is an elegant cuvée of Chardonnay and Sauvignon. Pleasant, intense scent of light berries and some bread, on the palate round and harmonious with a mineral vein and a nice acid play.

Poliziano has a particular relationship with white wines. In fact, in 1990 the winery decided not to plant any more white grape varieties to focus exclusively on the reds that were starting to give great satisfaction, and it is only a few years ago that grapes such as chardonnay and sauvignon blanc have been reintroduced in its vineyards. It is from the union of these that the “Ambrae del Poliziano” is born, an easy-to-drink White Toscana IGT, the result of a processing and aging carried out exclusively in steel. A bottle with which you are always on the safe side, perfect in combination with classic Tuscan seafood dishes!
TASTING NOTES
In the glass it is announced with a straw yellow color. The scents that envelop the nose recall concentrated fruit sensations, while a slight hint of bread becomes gradually more intense. It enters the mouth with a smooth sip, with good acidity and an interesting mineral verve.
PAIRINGS
Perfect for any meal, it goes well with seafood preparations.
