The Sauvignon ” Teolis’ ‘Renata Pizzulin is produced exclusively with cultivated in the homonymous vineyard Sauvignon grapes located in the municipality of Moraro on a plot a bit’ more robust average Isonzo. Precious wine that the young company began to bottle in 2011. Nose: Intense and quite complex, vegetal hints of tomato and pepper leaves, slightly fruity and mineral. Quite complex.

Taste: Dry, warm, quite soft, fresh and very savory. Full-bodied wine that plays a lot with minerality and persistence.

Pairings: The Sauvignon ” Teolis ” Renata Pizzulin goes well with important starters and sweet first courses , such as pumpkin and pasta.
