TASTING NOTES
Intense straw yellow, with a very fine and persistent perlage. The nose expresses the quintessence of Bellavista thanks to an olfactory profile that is both generous and elegant. Floral notes of hawthorn, mugwort, laurel are flanked by hints of candied citrus, small pastries and sugared almonds. In the mouth it is dry, elegant, aristocratic, marked by a perfect match between freshness and softness. Sapid, it closes with a magnificent finish for cleanliness and persistence.

PAIRINGS
A great aperitif, Bellavista’s “Gran Cuvée” is an ideal sparkling wine to accompany a risotto capable of enhancing its peculiarities, with oysters and Franciacorta-based creaming.

There is no fan that in naming the greatest Franciacortas of all time, you do not immediately think of some of the bottles produced by one of the most important “maison”
